Although I called them differently, both he and I separately concluded that the folios featuring bathing in central pools (what you label as "A") actually comes after the marginal drawings section (what you label as "B"). So, it should probably be 13B for the baths and 13A for the rest. I would like to know Sam G's opinion on this, as his take on foliation may present the folio order in a different light.
I agree that the two bifolios in "13B" seem different from the others and probably come after those in "13A", but it seems clear that 78v and 81r form an intended pair, and also that 75v and 84r form an intended pair, therefore neither of these two bifolios can be nested within the other. Actually, looking at this particular pair of bifolios is what finally convinced me that the bifolios should not ever be nested within one another anywhere in the manuscript (previously I had thought this rule only applied to the foldouts).
Also, I think it's possible that the material on the back of the nine-rosette foldout is basically part of the "Bio" section, but that we are missing some intervening material (possibly one of the missing single-quire bifolios), though I'm not entirely certain about this.
